1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Taime ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Taime is a time tracking and shift planning app for iOS. All data — including work hours, shift schedules, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device. There are no user accounts, no cloud synchronization, and no server-side data storage.

3. Free and Premium Features

Taime can be used free of charge with core features such as time tracking, shift management, and PDF export. Additional premium features — including custom surcharge types, all colour themes, full OCR import, and watermark-free PDF export — are available through a paid subscription (Taime Premium).

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Taime Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription via Apple In-App Purchase. The following plans are available:

Monthly: €0.99
Yearly: €5.99

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all data you enter into the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are also responsible for backing up your device regularly. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored data.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Igor Kazhdan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Igor Kazhdan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany.
