1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Taime ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Taime is a time tracking and shift planning app for iOS. All data — including work hours, shift schedules, and settings — is stored on your device. There are no user accounts and no Taime servers on which your data is stored. With Taime Premium, automatic backups are additionally saved to your own iCloud Drive, which Apple provides under your Apple ID (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Free and Premium Features

Taime can be used free of charge to log shifts, breaks and break rules, absences and extra pay (including custom types), with an overtime balance, week and month views, statistics for the current week, the current and the previous month, schedule photos (20 photos free, auto-apply included), a daily reminder, automatic backups on your device and the monthly PDF with a small Taime note at the end. Taime Premium additionally unlocks earnings including extra pay, statistics across all months (older weeks and months, quarters and years), the PDF without the note, CSV export, photos past 20, additional colour schemes, a shift-end reminder, calendar export, backups in your own iCloud Drive, and the Lock Screen timer, Siri Shortcuts and larger widgets.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Taime Premium is offered via Apple In-App Purchase as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) and, where available, as a one-time purchase. Current prices are shown in the App Store and in the App before you buy and may vary by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all data you enter into the App. Taime creates automatic backups on your device and, with Premium, in your iCloud Drive; you nonetheless remain responsible for backing up your device and your data. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data stored on the device, including local backups; copies in your iCloud Drive remain until you delete them.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Igor Kazhdan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Igor Kazhdan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany.
